Keep . : Shades of Silence : . free!

The game starts out with Leon's flashback to 1998 (i.e., the Raccoon City incident in RE2). The scene then switches to Leon in a police car in the backwoods of Spain (way to swear there cop). ... well, they're obviously not gonna be much help. They drop you off near the village, and you get an incoming message from Ingrid. Talking to the cops again just gets you ragged on. Follow the road up to the house, and yes, you can shoot the crows (if you manage). After all, they drop items. Enter the house and go left and around the corner to find a local. Hey, here's a clue Leon: People in the rural parts of Spain... doooon't speaaaak Engliiiiiiish. ^9__9^;; ... gaaah! Well, that's whatCHA get for being American (by the way, he said "What are you doing here? Get out of here, asshole!", in case you were wondering). Well, time to kill this guy. Shoot him in the head!! (Headshots do more damage, and sometimes result in a one-shot kill.) After a couple of shots, the guy goes down. Leon hears a truck starting up outside, and he looks out to see the truck chasing after the loser cops. Ingrid makes another call. Afterwards, grab whatever the dude's body left behind, and you can check him for Leon's brilliant deduction that he's not a zombie (I mean, really, since when can zombies talk??). Go towards the back of the house, then up the stairs and hang a right at the window. On the banister in the back is some handgun ammo. Take it, then inspect the window to take a rolling leap out of it. Kill off the three villagers outside (run away from the house, then turn around and shoot so you take less damage), then grab whatever they left behind. Go around to the left side of the house to find a box on a wagon. Break it with your knife, then take the pesetas (money, which I'll be calling g from now on) inside. Back at the bridge (where the cops dropped you off) you can look down left of it to see the truck and the car the cops were in. Go back down the path towards the house, then go right when the path splits. Enter the first house you see for some handgun ammo, a green herb, some g, and... a typewriter! Now, unlike all of the other RE games, you don't need a stupid one-use-only ink thingy to save your game. You can return to a typewriter over and over to save whenever you want. So go ahead and save if you wish.

Back outside, continue down the path, shoot the crows, then... doggie? Weeeeeh, poor doggie. Go help the doggie!! ^>__<^!! (yes, this is semi-important) By the by, the signpost thingy the crow was on? You know, the one with human skulls hanging off of it? Yeah, that means that there are traps in this area. Fun fun. Traps include bear traps like the one the wolf (yes, it was a wolf) was caught in, and explosive trip wires. Entertaining, no?
